Delete your account

Request deletion of your Vertical Jump Bible 2.0 account and associated data from Meridian Alchemy LLC. You do not need to install the app or have an active subscription.

Request deletion by email

Email an account deletion request to verticaljumpbible2app@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Vertical Jump Bible 2.0 account.”

Send the request from the email address used for your account. If you no longer have access to that address, contact us for help verifying ownership. Do not send your password or payment details. We will process your request within 30 days.

What will be deleted

Your app account, profile photo, training history, workout records, assessments, progress records, body stats, and associated account data will be deleted. Limited records may be retained where legally required. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat also hold subscription records under their own policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. To stop future renewals, use the store where you purchased: App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. You can request account deletion regardless of your subscription status.

Delete inside the app

Go to More > Settings > Delete Account, or select Delete Account at the bottom of the subscription screen.
